How long does the programme last?

There is no fixed duration. Some clients work with Dimpal for a few weeks around a specific transition; others stay for months. The timeline is built around your needs, not a pre-packaged course.

Do sessions happen online or in person?

Both are available. Most coaching clients choose online sessions for convenience, particularly those based outside Kerala. In-person sessions are available in Kerala.

I have tried self-help before and it did not work. Why would this be different?

Because this is not self-help — it is a real relationship with a trained clinical psychologist who understands the science of behaviour change. Generic advice fails because it ignores the person. Dimpal does not.
