Psychologist

You don't have to carry it alone

I'm a psychologist with an MPhil in Trauma & Recovery. I listen without judgment — and I answer every message myself.

Write to me

“It's just not a feeling. Mental health is real.”

For mothers

You look after everyone. This is a place where someone looks after you — with the care of a psychologist who also works with children.

  • You're exhausted from holding everyone together
  • Home feels tense — with your partner or family
  • You're worried about how your child is feeling
  • You've lost yourself somewhere along the way

No one gets left behind

Since 2019 I've given free sessions to children, women and young people who can't afford therapy. If cost is what's stopping you, write to me anyway.

“By just talking and telling them they are important, I could save some lives from suicides.”

Questions people ask

Do I have to give my real name?

No. Use any name you're comfortable with. As Dimpal says: “You don't have to mention your name. Just talk freely. I am somebody to listen without judgment.”

Is the free support really free?

Yes. Since 2019 Dimpal has offered pro-bono sessions to children, women and young adults who cannot afford professional help. Choose “Free support” in the form.

What happens after I send a message?

Dimpal reads every message personally and contacts you on WhatsApp or email to understand what you need and suggest the right next step.

Is this an emergency service?

No. If you are in danger or thinking about ending your life, call Tele-MANAS on 14416 (free, 24/7, India) or your local emergency number right now.
